Netplay Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

01 Introduction

Welcome to netplay. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and netplay ("Company", "we", "Platform"). These terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered by netplay.

By registering an account, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the Netplay platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use Netplay's services.

02 User Eligibility

Use of the netplay platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Never been designated as a person prohibited from gambling by any recognised regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account only at Netplay. Multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including:

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Netplay supports a variety of payment methods commonly used by Malaysians, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your netplay account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Netplay reserves the right to suspend or withhold any withdrawal request for security review or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. In such cases, you may be required to submit additional supporting documents before the withdrawal can be processed.

05 Bonus & Promotions

General terms applicable to all netplay bonuses are as follows:

06 Game Rules

General terms applicable to all gaming activity on netplay:

• The outcome of all games is final. No appeals may be made against results that have been recorded by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, the system will record the last known game state. netplay will restore the session based on accurate server records.
• The use of any automated software, bots, calculators, or other methods that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing accounts, playing in groups to manipulate game outcomes, or any form of fraud will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• For live casino games, players are required to conduct themselves respectfully toward the dealer and other players. Offensive language or disruptive behavior in the game chat may result in a warning or suspension of access.

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary between regular games and exclusive VIP tables.

07 User Responsibilities

As a netplay platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities at all times:

08 Account Suspension & Termination

Netplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, identity falsification, or the submission of false information during registration or KYC.
• Recommendations or directives from regulatory bodies, legal authorities, or financial institutions.
• Attempted money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to manipulate the gaming system.

Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation will forfeit all rights to any balances, bonuses, and wins remaining in that account. Appeals may be submitted to our compliance team within 30 days from the date of termination.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once verification requirements are met.

09 Intellectual Property

10 Liability Limits

The netplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, netplay does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss under all circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, netplay shall not be liable for:
